Christmas card 2016

This years Christmas card is a circle that spins out of the card to slowly obliterate the face. The image on the circle is cut from a black and white photo of the scene of bombing in Aleppo, Syria.

Black Box Suicide Bomber

The demolishing buildings are covered in newspaper photos from the devastation left by a suicide bomber outside a public toilet.

Solid sketchbook 4x4

The grey cubes are made out of the backs of sketchbooks. The kind of grey card looks rather like concrete. A strange mixture of the majestic and the domestic.

4x4 eclipsing black hole

Bathroom window sculpture (She came in through....)

The structure is based on a view of my bathroom window. The coverings are pictures of Christmas trees. The intrusion is made up of pictures of the conservatory dissected and restructured. Possibly a maquette for a full size sculpture.
